My name is Kayla and I’m currently in my third year at UVic. I was born and raised in Calgary and decided to move out to Victoria after graduating high school to pursue my post-secondary education. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Science. My studies focuses on understanding both healthcare and information technology. Although, EDIC 339 is the only class I’m taking this semester as I am currently on a 4-month co-op work term. I recently started a position at British Colombia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) as a Contract & Vendor Management co-op student. Meanwhile, when I’m not at school or working, I enjoy spending my free time with my five other roommates or dog sitting.
